The Richmond community is grieving the tragic and sudden loss of Travis Logan-Baker, 35, of Richmond, who was killed in a shooting on December 16 on the 2300 block of Fairfield Avenue. Authorities report that Logan-Baker was found inside a residence, lying on the floor with an apparent gunshot wound, and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner will determine the official cause and manner of death.
