CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — The Clarksville community is mourning the loss of 46-year-old Latrice Dodson, who was killed in a motor vehicle crash on December 19, 2025, at approximately 5:45 p.m. on the 101st Airborne Division Parkway between Peachers Mill Road and the West Fork Bridge.
Victim Identified by Authorities
Dodson, a dedicated crossing guard with the Clarksville Police Department, served the children and families of Kenwood Elementary School and Ringgold Elementary School. She began her service in August 2025 and was known for her commitment to student safety and her role as a valued member of the school safety team. Her devotion to protecting children and supporting the Clarksville community will be remembered by colleagues, students, and families alike.
Crash Details
Authorities report that Dodson was in a vehicle with a driver and a juvenile passenger, both of whom are in stable condition. The crash occurred on the 101st Airborne Division Parkway, and the circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
