GRAY, Ky. — The Gray community and greater Knox County are mourning the loss of Crit Moses, 93, who passed away following a tragic traffic collision on U.S. 25E on Saturday evening, December 20, 2025.
Mr. Moses was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash and was transported by Knox County EMS before being airlifted to the University of Kentucky Hospital. Despite the tireless efforts of medical professionals, he succumbed to his injuries on Sunday, December 21, 2025, and was pronounced deceased by the Fayette County Deputy Coroner.
The passing of Mr. Moses has left a deep sense of sorrow among family, friends, and all who knew him. At 93 years old, he represented a lifetime of memories, wisdom, and enduring presence within his community.
