YAMHILL COUNTY, Ore. — Two people were killed early Thursday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 99W in Yamhill County, according to the Oregon State Police.
Troopers responded to the scene at approximately 4:44 a.m. on December 18, 2025, near milepost 30.5. The preliminary investigation revealed that a silver Toyota Camry was traveling northbound on Highway 99W and passing multiple vehicles at the time of the crash.

Police said the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to leave the roadway on the right side. The Camry struck several trees before coming to an uncontrolled stop. The driver was identified as Jackie Sue Williams, 33, of Dundee. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A passenger in the vehicle, Skyler Wayne Goodwin, 29, of Waldport, was also pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities confirmed that no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Highway 99W was impacted for approximately three hours and 45 minutes while emergency crews conducted the investigation and worked to clear the scene. Traffic delays were reported in the area during that time.
The Oregon State Police were assisted by multiple local agencies, including the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office, Newberg-Dundee Police Department, Amity Fire Department, Lafayette Fire Department, McMinnville Fire Department, and the Oregon Department of Transportation.
Investigators have not released additional details regarding possible contributing factors, such as speed, road conditions, or impairment. The crash remains under investigation, and further information will be provided as it becomes available.
